Existential Offerings

Existential Offerings is an ever-evolving project founded by Dr Natalie Fraser that welcomes people from all around the world to explore life’s Big Questions together.

Through accessible resources and free / low-cost events, these projects gather inspiration and ideas from past and present philosophers, artists, musicians, poets, historians, anthroplogists, psychologists, spiritualists, and everyday people. Going beyond mainstream philosophical literature and elitest academia, these projects provide an exciting place of creative exploration through personal stories, transdisciplinary knowledge, and shared experiences.

Existential
/ˌɛɡzɪˈstɛnʃ(ə)l/
“Relating to existance”
from late Latin existentialis, from existentia. See: existence.

A Brief History of The Project

In discussions with peers and tutors during her training, Dr Natalie Fraser noticed that while everyone was learning about ‘existential’ ideas, few gave the same descriptions when trying to explain this word.

It started to become clear that while different existential philosophies have similar themes, each philosopher highlights different points and offers different perspectives. In other words… there are lots of different ‘existential offerings’ out there.

Yet even more importantly, it became sinisterly clear how narrow and whitewashed the syllabus being taught by mainstream existential academia is, and how so many valuable contributions were being mis-represented or actively excluded from the curriculum. This realisation motivated the need to disrupt the status quo and create a platform that celebrates and promotes contributions from global thinkers who have contributed a myriad of exceptionally valuable philosophies of existence.

The Global Existential Summits

Pinoeering international thinkers share wisdom, meaning, and hope for humanity.

The Global Existential Summits were developed by Dr Natalie Fraser who began interviewing pioneering existential thinkers from all around the world asking what ‘existential’ meant to them, and how these ideas can bring healing and meaning to humanity. These conversations were shared in online summits that welcome people from all walks of life to explore life-changing ideas in a more creative and accessible way than mainstream education.

The first Global Existential Summit was launched in 2022. It reached thousands of people from around the world and over the years the project continued to develop, with the second summit released in 2023, the third in 2024, the the fourth in 2025, and the fifth in 2026. After 5 years and over 100 hours of existential dialogue to enjoy, the content from all summits are now freely accessible to everyone. You can find the access links and programme information below.
